Can I visit The Barn without an appointment?
Since this is a privately owned, working ranch, we request you have an appointment for a tour of the venue. Please call us at (352) 418-6050 for an appointment, or send an email to info@thebarnatmazakranch.com
When should I start planning?
When should I start planning? To save the date for your wedding, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required (which is applied to your balance). Your signed contract and $500 payment is due at the time of booking to secure your date.
Do you have a minimum number of guests for a wedding? A maximum?
There is no minimum guest count, we've hosted events from 50 people to 450 for dinner and still room to dance!
Do you supply the officiant?
This is an important personal choice we leave to the couple!
Are decorations included in the package?
The barn is beautifully decorated as is! We have different packages, ranging from minimal decor included, to most likely everything you would need for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception (Regardless of your style, there is a good chance we have everything you need besides the fresh flowers)!! We have just about everything to make your dream wedding a reality!
Can I choose my own caterer, florist and musicians?
We’ve created a hand-picked selection of individuals and companies who have the same heart for marriage we do, and whose work we have experienced and believe in. We recommend these vendors, but do not require you use them. Every vendor must be licensed and insured!
Can we have music and dancing?
Of course, our Barn includes a large dance floor with ample space for your DJ or a live band.
Is there a hotel you recommend for out of town guests?
Yes, we will provide you with all sorts of recommendations once you are booked!
Do we have a Bridal Suite?
Yes, we do, perfect for the Bride and her entourage, the hairstylist, make up artist and photographer are welcome to join you. It's a house out near the barn, totally private for the bride! We do not have a grooms suite at this time.
Is there ample parking room?
We have plenty of free self-parking for your guests. For guests requiring assistance they can be dropped off right at the ceremony and reception sites.
Do you have a smoking policy?
As a working ranch, The Barn only permits smoking in the designated smoking area.
Are my rates guaranteed?
Once your contract is signed, your package price is locked in.
